Our Training Programmes:

The training programmes provided by BEEC could be grouped into three:

Our Central Courses:

 
These are attended by delegates from different organisations in Nigeria and over 1000 Executives and Staff attended our Courses each year. BEEC courses are normally held at any of the following centres:

 Our Inplant Courses:

These are specially designed courses, which are “tailor-made” to meet the needs of clients. Our Inplant Courses are attended by the employees of the client concerned. BEEC has held inplant courses for many companies including the following clients:

 International Courses:

BEEC runs a range of International Courses, which are held in conjunction with BEEC’s overseas associates. For example, our Ghana Courses are run in association with BEEC International Ghana Limited. Our United Kingdom courses are run in association with The Management School London, Thames Valley University London and the International School of Public Relations.

Our Training Method:

BEEC courses generally follow the pattern of formal lectures delivered by qualified, experienced, practical oriented Consultants and top Chief Executives. They are supplemented with Case Studies, Syndicate work, Group discussion, Business games, Video Presentation, Exercise and visit. Our programmes normally start at 9.00 a.m. and end at 5.00 p.m.
 

Courses Evaluation:

All BEEC courses are evaluated. At the end of the course, questionnaires are administered to all participants. BEEC gives each participant an opportunity to speak about the course. In addition, we visit client organisations after the course to speak to those working with our trainees.

The Questionnaire tries to find their objectives for attending the course.

• How were these objective met.
• If they were not met – what were the reason?
• What can they specifically use from the programme when they return to their jobs?
• What particular skills or knowledge have they developed?
• How did the programme meet their personal needs
• Who is their best lecturer?
• Their assessment of the programme and facilities?

Were they taught at appropriate level?

• Were they provided with materials that are helpful at work?
• Did they study in an environment that is conducive for learning?
• Were they taught at a speed suitable to them?
